1) You may make your payments to our Türkiye İş Bankası account ( Branch Code : 1046  Account No : 0602469 veya IBAN No : TR81 0006 4000 0011 0460 6024 69) by way of Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).



2) Over our web site

You may benefit from single payment, money order / eft (electronic fund transfer) or Western Union options with your credit card. In your online payments, money withdrawal transaction will be made from your card at the end of your order. In order cancelations, money refund to your credit card will be made within maximum 10 days due to the probable order cancelation or stock problems.



3) Refund of order price

In case your orders are cancelled with probable reasons; Maya Butik Company refunds the product fee to your account and/or your credit card within ten business days. However, you should notify your bank account information and/or credit card information to our company’s fiscal officers completely and accurately.



4) Delivery

We try to hand over the ordered products to the courier on the same day. For the products, supply of which takes time, courier hand over period is 3 days, as it is mentioned in the product detail. You will be informed in case of probable late delivery.

Your orders are put into process for being prepared based on the delivery type you preferred at the end of the order. The products will be sent by Inter By MNG Courier Company from our address in Istanbul Fındıkzade / Fatih. After your orders are approved, they are handed over to the Courier Company at the end of 3 (three) business days at the latest.

5) Payment Follow-Up

If the system cannot complete the transaction for any reason, our visitor is informed about the situation at the end of payment page.

If there is mistake regarding the designated address, the person giving the order is contacted about the unperformed delivery.
